Team Management Systems’ Mobile Work Order application enhances operational efficiency by facilitating the automatic generation of invoices at the time of service. It empowers technicians with the capability to process payments on-site. Empowering technicians to access service call details includes reported issues, complete client history, equipment inventory on-site, and any pertinent customer notes. The application enables technicians to log dispatch times, record materials used, apply flat rate repair codes (if applicable), and document equipment-specific problem resolutions. Once the invoice is finalized and electronically signed, all data is seamlessly integrated back to the office, along with a signed copy of the invoice from the customer. By utilizing ACOTRUCK Mobile Work Order, businesses can differentiate themselves by delivering a professional service experience that meets and exceeds client expectations.
